Business Development Manager Position                                   

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify ideas by researching industry news & articles; tracking business people and their accomplishments.
  2. Responsible to find new opportunities and leads by contacting potential partners
  3. Establish and maintain new client and business relationships
  4. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements.
  5. Develop negotiating strategies and positions; examine risks and potentials.
  6. Promote firm’s products and solutions
  7. Ensure effective communication, including website, social media, print and online communication, and advertising
  8. Work in a team-oriented environment
  9. Able to meet deadlines
  10. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT or related field
  2. 2-3 Years of Business experience is required
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Greek
  4. Positive attitude, enthusiastic, goal and achievement-oriented with a desire to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
  5. Strong computer skills
  6. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  7. Positivity
  8. Management experience.
