Business Analyst /Customer Support

Responsibilities:

  1.       Planning and monitoring the software projects & implementations with the developers
  2.       Generate & analysis of requirements
  3.       Requirements organization
  4.       Evaluating and simplifying requirements
  5.       Requirements management and communication
  6.       Onsite Trainings of software products
  7.       Preparing training material of software products
  8.       Control the quality of software deliverables
  9.       Work in a team-oriented environment
  10.   Able to meet deadlines & work independently with minimum supervision

Requirements:

  1. Experience on relevant positions
  2. Ability to work in an extremely dynamic and fast paced environment
  3. Written and verbal communication in both Greek and English, including technical writing skills
  4. Understanding of systems engineering concepts
  5. Learn easily new software solutions
  6. Leadership
